Bass Fishing

I've done a lot of bass fishing recently in a small lake and found my best luck while using crank baits. As long as you know the depth of what you are fishing and have the right crank bait, you can bring in a big number of bass. Crank baits make the lure look injured and the bass will be all over it. I tend to have better luck with medium sized, bright lures. Sometimes if the fish aren't biting I try out a couple jig baits. Jig fishing for bass takes time to learn if you don't use them often. After you cast, let the jig sink to the bottom and use slight jerks to imitate a crawfish moving along the bottom of the water. Bass will usually take the bait while the jig is sinking, and if they do, it will account for a massive bite. Good luck!
